Welcome to the transient accommodation reporting system for the Department of Taxation. The purpose of this system is to assist Associations of Unit Owners and Homeowner Associations ("Associations") in complying with Act 326, Session Laws of Hawaii 2012.
Act 326 requires all Associations to provide certain relevant information relating to all units that are used as a transient accommodation rentals during the course of the year. The Associations must provide this information before the end of the year, or within 60 days of being notified by the unit owner of a change, whichever is later.
